ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle the complete documentation process for rooftop solar projects.
Register projects on the MNRE National Portal and ensure timely completion of all subsidy-related formalities.
Coordinate with KSEB for application submission, approvals, inspections, and other documentation until subsidy disbursement.
Prepare and share quotations with prospective customers.
Coordinate with banks for customer loan processing and required documentation.
Follow up with customers regarding document collection, project progress, and subsidy status.
Make customer calls, collect feedback, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records and coordinate with the sales and installation teams for smooth project execution.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile
Any Graduate.




Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel).
Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
Willing to visit KSEB offices, banks, and other government offices whenever required.
