Develop procurement and sourcing strategies.
Manage vendor selection, evaluation, and negotiations.
Ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Production and Stores.
Drive cost reduction and supplier performance improvements.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and documentation.
Lead and mentor the procurement team.
Prepare procurement reports and MIS.
