Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Solid interpersonal and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/software tools.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Freshers are welcome; prior experience in sales, customer service, telecalling, immigration, or
international processes is an advantage.
Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts based on international business
requirements.
