Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle independently. The ideal candidate should be a strong individual contributor with hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer management across various skill sets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment process from requisition intake to onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on role requirements.
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate communication.
Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely closures.
Maintain recruitment data, reports, and trackers with accuracy.
Ensure proper utilization and management of ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Leverage AI tools for sourcing, screening, communication, and productivity enhancement.




Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in recruitment with solid end-to-end hiring expertise.
Solid individual contributor capable of handling requirements independently.
Excellent knowledge of ATS platforms and recruitment workflows.
Hands-on experience using Naukri Recruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Good understanding and practical usage of AI-powered recruitment tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced workplace.
Experience in IT recruitment and hiring for technical roles.
Robust sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.
