Role & responsibilities
Generate recent business for Home Loans through direct sales and referral channels.
Identify prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
Explain home loan products, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation process.
Source, process, and manage home loan applications from submission to disbursement.
Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for timely loan processing.
Build and maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, DSAs, and channel partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and customer interactions.
