Develop and optimise CNC programs for VMCs, HMCs, TMC's and CNC Turning Centers.
• Generate machining strategies for complex precision components.
• Program and support 3-axis, 4-axis and multi-axis machining operations.
• Perform process planning, tooling selection and fixture planning.
• Reduce cycle times while maintaining quality requirements.
• Support first-off approvals, prove-outs and process validation.
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T; requirements and customer specifications.
• Work closely with production, quality and engineering teams to resolve machining challenges.
• Develop setup sheets, tooling documentation and process instructions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to productivity, OEE and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100.
Preferred candidate profile
Robust CNC Programming and preferably CAM Programming experience.
Robust understanding of CNC Milling, CNC Turning and Multi-Axis Machining.
Experience in machining precision automotive or aerospace components.
Positive knowledge of GD&T;, process engineering and cutting tool technology.
Hands-on exposure to Fanuc controlled machines preferred.
Experience in cycle time optimization and productivity improvement.
