We are looking for an experienced Quadient Developer with hands-on experience in Quadient Inspire to design, develop, maintain, and support Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop customer communication templates using Quadient Inspire Designer.
Develop and maintain document composition workflows and business rules.
Work with Inspire Interactive, Scaler and Automation modules as required.
Transform and map data from multiple source systems into communication templates.
Develop personalized transactional and customer-facing documents.
Troubleshoot template, data, composition, and production issues.
Work closely with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and application teams.
Perform unit testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.
Optimize document generation and composition processes.
Participate in requirement analysis and provide technical solutions.
Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities.





Must-Have Skills
Robust hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire.
Experience with Inspire Designer.
Good understanding of Customer Communication Management (CCM).
Experience in template development and document composition.
Strong knowledge of XML / JSON / CSV and data mapping.
Valuable SQL knowledge.
Experience with business rules, conditional logic, and agile content.
Experience with PDF/print/digital output generation.
Strong troubleshooting and production-support skills.
