Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Explain products and services to customers and address their queries.
Generate and follow up on leads to achieve business targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/software.
Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the concerned department.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
possess excellent communication skills in Tamil, English, and Telugu or Hindi and have prior telecalling experience.
