THE ROLE

You will be the architect of our physical footprint, managing relationships with existing partners while hunting for current "Breakspot" locations. This role is about more than just finding real estate; its about identifying high-vibe spaces in corporate offices and campus parks that match our Gen Z, industrial-chic aesthetic.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Expansion Pipeline: Identify and evaluate current retail and co-working spaces for our aggressive scale-up.

• Commercial Negotiation: Own the lease terms, renewals, and commercials with property partners and landlords.

• Partner Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for existing space partners and brokers.

• On-Ground Coordination: Manage property visits and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless store launches.

• Market Intelligence:



Track rental benchmarks and competitor presence to ensure we are securing the best spots.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2 to 5 years in leasing, retail expansion, or business developmentideally in a quick-paced startup.

• The "Hustle": You are comfortable with constant travel and on-ground coordination across Delhi NCR.

• Master Negotiator: You understand commercial leasing and know how to close a deal that protects our margins.

• Connected: You have a growing network of brokers, landlords, and co-working operators.
