Surgical Services
Experience supporting healthcare applications used in surgical, perioperative, operating room, or procedural care settings.
Understanding surgical workflows, patient care processes, and clinical documentation throughout the surgical lifecycle.
Knowledge of healthcare integrations involving EMR/EHR systems, imaging platforms, and other clinical applications.
Solid troubleshooting and support experience for healthcare technologies, application functionality, and end-user issues.
Experience working closely with surgeons, nurses, surgical staff, and other clinical stakeholders while supporting similar healthcare applications.
Experience working with Surgical Services systems like T-DOC , CensiTrac ,CONNECT, TraumaBase and other similar applications
