Role & responsibilities
Handle GRN processing and material receiving accurately.
Manage inward and outward material movements and dispatch operations.
Update and maintain inventory transactions in SAP/WMS.
Conduct physical stock verification and stock reconciliation.
Ensure accurate inventory records and timely system updates.
Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams for smooth material movement.
Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and system processes.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma / Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
14 years of experience in warehouse, stores, inventory, or material handling.
Hands-on experience in GRN, material receiving, dispatch, stock reconciliation, and physical verification.
Basic knowledge of SAP/WMS and inventory transactions.
Valuable attention to detail and accuracy in inward/outward material processing.
Positive coordination and communication skills.
Ability to follow warehouse processes, safety standards, and system procedures.
