We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recent Product Development (NPD) Engineer to manage the end-to-end development of current automotive products. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete product development lifecycle from concept to production
Coordinate with design, production, quality, and procurement teams
Develop and review product drawings, specifications, and BOM
Interact with customers for requirements, updates, and approvals
Support prototype development and testing activities
Ensure compliance with automotive standards and customer requirements
Knowledge of Painting Fabrication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering
1–2 years of experience in NPD in the automobile or auto component industr
