Role & responsibilities
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) is mandatory.
612 years of experience in civil site execution with reputed real estate developers or construction companies.
Hands-on experience in execution of high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use development projects.
Solid knowledge of RCC works, finishing activities, structural drawings, and construction methodologies.
Positive understanding of project planning, quality control, and construction sequencing.
Experience in contractor management and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced project setting and manage multiple execution activities simultaneously.
