Oversees measures, map, and monitor surface excavation, pit progress, and volume calculations. Ensuring mining operations stay within legal lease boundaries and safety standards using advanced tools. Maintain official mine plans and records as mandated by safety regulations and regulatory bodies like the DGMS.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate experience in Open cast Coal mines with Diploma in Mine Surveying or Mining diploma. Valid Surveyors Certificate of Competency for coal mines issued by the DGMS. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Surpac, GIS mapping tools, and processing drone/DGPS survey data.
