Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage and lead day-to-day human resource functions, including recruitment, HR operations, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement. The role requires coordination across multiple office and operational locations.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Manage end-to-end recruitment across different departments such as operations, finance, and support functions
Coordinate interview processes and ensure timely hiring against manpower requirements
Oversee onboarding and induction of current employees
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
Coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts/finance team
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
Maintain and update HR policies and standard procedures
Performance Management & Learning
Support goal setting and performance review processes




Assist in identifying training and development needs
Coordinate learning and development initiatives
Employee Engagement & Relations
Address employee concerns and support grievance resolution
Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication
Encourage a positive and professional work environment
HR Reporting & MIS
Prepare HR reports such as headcount, attrition, and hiring status
Maintain accurate HR data and documentation

Required Skills
Knowledge of HR processes and labour compliance
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Basic proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities

Qualification & Experience
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
8–12 years of relevant experience, including managerial exposure
Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or multi-location operations will be an advantage

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
