Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective real estate customers
Handle leads and understand customer requirements
Explain projects, locations, pricing and offers clearly
Follow up with interested customers regularly
Generate and nurture leads towards site visits
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads
Build strong customer relationships and improve conversions
Eligibility & Requirements




Female candidates only
Real Estate industry experience is mandatory
Prior experience in real estate telecalling / presales / lead generation preferred
Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
Robust convincing and negotiation skills
Positive understanding of customer handling and follow-ups
Target-oriented and motivated to achieve results
Must have a smartphone, secure internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup
Candidates who can independently manage leads and follow-ups will be preferred
