Role & responsibilities
Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection.
Ensure products meet required specifications and quality standards.
Monitor rejection, rework, and process deviations.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.
Implement and maintain quality standards as per ISO 9001.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate timely resolution.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding incoming material quality.
Support internal, external, supplier, and customer audits.
Work closely with Production, PPC, Purchase, Stores, and Maintenance.
Implement 7 QC Tools, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.




25 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance in a manufacturing industry.
Hands-on knowledge of 7 QC Tools, RCA, CAPA, 5S, Kaizen, and basic Lean practices.
Experience in Incoming, In-Process and Final Inspection.
Positive understanding of ISO 9001 and quality documentation.
Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection techniques.
Experience in handling supplier and customer quality issues will be an advantage.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Candidates with experience in sheet metal, fabrication, furniture, engineering, or automotive manufacturing will be preferred.
