Job Title: E-commerce Manager

Work Mode: Work From Home

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.
Upload and update product details, pricing, descriptions, and images.
Process customer orders, returns, and refunds.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team.
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely order dispatch.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns and marketplace offers.
Track sales performance and prepare reports.
Handle customer queries and maintain marketplace compliance.

Required Skills
Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce seller portals.
Knowledge of product listing, catalog management, and order processing.




Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Solid communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a work-from-home setup.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in E-commerce Operations or Marketplace Management.
