Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QS & Billing Engineer to handle quantity surveying, estimation, billing, measurements, cost control, and commercial activities for building construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify BOQ, quantity take-offs, estimates, and rate analysis.
Prepare Client RA Bills, Contractor/Subcontractor Bills based on site measurements.
Verify measurements from drawings and actual site work.
Prepare Measurement Sheets, Abstract Sheets, and Bill Summaries.
Check executed quantities against approved drawings and BOQ.
Prepare Material Reconciliation, Variation, Extra Item, and Deviation Statements.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Consultants, and Contractors.
Review architectural and structural drawings for quantity calculations.
Prepare estimates for civil and finishing works.




Monitor project costs and assist in cost control.
Verify subcontractor bills and supporting documents.
Coordinate with Planning and Project teams for progress measurement and billing.
Maintain records of BOQs, measurements, bills, variations, and work orders.
Prepare billing and cost-related MIS reports.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of client and contractor bills.

Qualification

B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience

38 years of relevant experience in QS & Billing for building construction projects.

Experience in commercial buildings, residential projects, apartments, hotels, hospitals, industrial buildings, or high-rise projects will be preferred.
