Strong knowledge of MEP quantity surveying and billing.
Hands-on experience in:
HVAC
Electrical systems
Plumbing
Fire Fighting
ELV / Low Voltage Systems
Building Management / related MEP services
Excellent understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, measurements, contracts and billing procedures.
Robust knowledge of client and subcontractor billing.
Experience in variation, deviation, extra item and claim management.
Solid working knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and preparation of billing/MIS reports.
Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, specifications and contractual documents.
Education & Experience
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Quantity Surveying/Construction Management qualification will be an added advantage.
10+ years of relevant experience in MEP billing/commercial functions.
Must have significant experience in building construction projects such as residential, commercial, high-rise, hospitality, mixed-use, hospitals, malls or large developments.
Candidates from MEP contractors, EPC companies, PMC or major real estate/building construction companies are preferred.
Strong experience in SAP-based commercial/billing processes is mandatory.
