Role Summary

We are seeking an HR Recruiter with experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition to independently drive candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination across multiple hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, candidate sourcing, and talent mapping.
Handle screening, candidate outreach, and interview scheduling independently.
Execute hiring across diverse needs, including bulk hiring, fresher intake, and lateral placements.
Maintain proactive candidate coordination, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
Support candidate onboarding, joining formalities, and document verification.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, employee databases, and recruitment metrics.
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with hiring guidelines.

Eligibility & Requirements
Gender: Female only
Education: BBA / MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)
Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of the recruitment life cycle and proficiency in MS Excel
Core Competencies: Robust verbal and written communication, proactive candidate management, and the ability to work independently
