Role & responsibilities
Handling current projects in Crankshaft/Camshaft Machining lines.
Recent equipment procurement, installation & commissioning.
Initiate and implement the process, quality & safety improvements
Crankshaft/Camshaft machining line.
Co-ordination with internal & external agencies for timely execution of Projects.
Product & process knowledge of Crankshaft/Camshaft machining
Knowledge of Grinding/Turning machines
CNC Program skills (Fanuc/Siemens)
Knowledge in selection and prove out of cutting tools
GD&T; knowledge (drawing reading & interpretation)
Mitutoyo CMM Programming experience is desirable
Preferred candidate profile
Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
