Roles and responsibilities
Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customers about our services. One should Know our services inside and out so that one can answer customer queries.
Understand customers requirement and provide suitable storage & moving solutions
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and qualified attitude toward customers at all times.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

Desired Profile

The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience. Should have excellent communication skill with fluency in English Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
