Key Responsibilities
Research, collect, organize, and regularly update potential customer/lead data from various sources.
Maintain and manage the lead database, track lead status, follow-ups, responses, and ensure timely action on potential opportunities.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce products/services, understand customer requirements, and generate qualified leads.
Coordinate with the sales team and assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales executives based on territory, product, or other relevant criteria.
Monitor assigned leads and coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper and timely follow-up until the lead reaches the next stage.
Use platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to identify and generate potential business leads.
Support and execute social media marketing activities to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
Prepare creative and skilled social media marketing templates, promotional creatives, posts,



and other marketing materials using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
Assist in planning and executing digital and social media campaigns focused on generating enquiries and potential customers.
Maintain daily/weekly reports related to calls, leads generated, leads assigned, follow-ups, and conversions.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality, follow-up processes, and overall lead conversion.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
Robust lead generation and follow-up skills
Basic understanding of sales and marketing processes
Knowledge of social media platforms and social media marketing
Ability to create basic marketing creatives/templates using Canva or similar tools
Valuable data management and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously
