Key Responsibilities
Manage daily machine shop production activities and achieve production targets.
Supervise CNC, VMC, drilling, tapping, and conventional machining operations.
Plan machine loading, manpower allocation, and production schedules.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, process control, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Stores, and Maintenance Team.
Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and OEE.
Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and safety practices.
Reduce machine downtime and improve overall production efficiency.
Ensure proper tooling, fixtures, and preventive maintenance.
Train and guide operators on best machining practices.

Requirements
5–10 years of experience in a machine shop,



including 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
Solid knowledge of CNC/VMC machining and production planning.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.;
Experience in handling machine shop manpower and production targets.
Knowledge of quality inspection instruments and machining processes.
Valuable leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
