Job Role:

We are seeking an execution-focused Trade Marketing skilled to drive BTL activations, retail Visual Merchandising (VM), and channel loyalty programs across the South2 (Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu) Region.

Key Responsibilities
Retail VM & Policy Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to brand standards across exclusive showrooms and dealer channels (including Experience, Sleep Specialist, Comfort, and Multi-Brand Outlets). Audit floor layouts, product planograms, and coordinate signages (ACP and Glow Sign Boards) as per defined company store policies.
BTL & Event Activation: Plan and execute the regional event calendar, managing activities such as roadshows, canopy activations, exhibitions, and local consumer fairs (melas). Conduct thorough productivity audits and cost-advantage analyses on all promotional investments.
Channel Loyalty: Drive retailer and loyalty programs in the region. Oversee the onboarding and active participation of Retail Sales Associates (RSAs) on app-based tracking and rewards portals.
Market Intelligence & Audits: Conduct monthly competitor audits, track Market Operating Price (MOP)



compliance, and monitor monthly secondary sales metrics. Share timely, structured feedback on market dynamics with the Head Office.
Frontline Capability Training: Conduct product knowledge and consultative sales training workshops for promoters, store staff, and regional sales teams to boost premium segment sales.

Requirements
Market Execution & Vendor Control: Robust hands-on experience in vendor negotiation, quality control, and on-time fabrication of signage (LED, MS frames, flex, ACP and BTL Activations).
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to manage both internal sales teams and external retail partners.
Analytical Ability: Proficient in MS Office (primarily Excel and PowerPoint) with a robust comfort level in basic reporting, budget tracking, and data analysis.
Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region/territory to conduct physical market audits and oversee activations.
