As a Lead Fixture & Tester Maintenance, you will be responsible for the development, validation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of production test fixtures and testers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support Current Product Introduction (NPI) and ensure test readiness for manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, validate, and qualify test fixtures for production.
Maintain and troubleshoot production testers and fixtures.
Support NPI builds and manufacturing ramp-up activities.
Drive yield improvement, equipment uptime, and process optimization.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and external vendors.
Lead and mentor a team of test engineering professionals.

Required Experience




Experience 10+ years in Test Fixture Development, Validation, and Maintenance.
Hands-on experience with ATE/Test Systems in a manufacturing setting.
Experience supporting NPI (Recent Product Introduction) activities.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis skills.
Experience in Telecom, Networking, Electronics Manufacturing (EMS), or related industries.

Education
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
