The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills and a deep understanding of current content trends.
Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) with strong storytelling
Add captions, text overlays, transitions, and motion graphics
Use background music and sound effects effectively
Design engaging visual elements to enhance content quality
Stay updated with latest social media trends and viral formats
Optimize videos for maximum engagement and reach
Collaborate with content creators and marketing team
Required Skills & Tools
2–3 years of hands-on video editing experience
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
Experience with mobile editing apps like VN Video Editor
Familiarity with AI tools such as Runway ML and Pictory
Robust understanding of reels editing style, pacing, and hooks
Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and basic motion graphics
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in creating viral or high-performing content
Robust portfolio of Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts
Knowledge of Adobe After Effects (bonus)
Basic design skills (thumbnails, text styling, layouts)
Ability to work in a fast-paced content workplace
