Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and accomplished

Senior Associate – Architecture

to join our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate should have

15 - 20 years of qualified experience , with strong exposure to

large-scale mixed-use and retail projects

and prior experience working with reputed architectural/design firms.
The candidate will be responsible for providing architectural leadership, managing project teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale projects from design development through execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage

large-scale mixed-use and retail architectural projects

from concept through project delivery.
Demonstrate strong

hands-on experience in large-scale projects , preferably with reputed architectural/design firms.
Provide architectural direction, design leadership, and technical guidance to project teams.
Lead, mentor, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Act as a key point of contact for

clients, consultants, project teams, and other stakeholders .
Drive effective

stakeholder management , ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of project-related matters.
Coordinate closely with clients and internal project teams to understand requirements, manage expectations, and maintain project objectives.
Review and oversee design development, drawings, documentation, and project deliverables.
Ensure coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, BIM, and other project disciplines.
Identify project risks, resolve design and coordination challenges, and provide practical solutions.




Take ownership of project deliverables, timelines, quality, and overall team performance.
Represent the organization professionally in client and stakeholder meetings.
Support senior leadership in business development, project planning, and strategic initiatives when required.
Required Skills & Competencies
15 - 20 years of professional experience

in architecture, with significant experience in

large-scale projects .
Strong hands-on experience in

mixed-use and retail projects

is essential.
Experience working with

large/reputed architectural or design firms

on complex, large-scale developments.
Excellent knowledge of

AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, and other relevant architectural software .
Strong design, technical, documentation, and project coordination capabilities.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to

anchor teams, delegate responsibilities, and drive project teams toward successful delivery .
Strong stakeholder management and client-handling abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; should be

articulate, confident, and professional .
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
Strong understanding of architectural design, construction processes, coordination, and project delivery.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)

from a recognized university/institution.
Additional professional qualifications or relevant certifications will be an advantage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
