Key Responsibilities
Assist in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Process Reviews, and Compliance engagements.
Conduct walkthroughs of business processes and identify process gaps.
Prepare audit work papers, reports, and documentation.
Support statutory audit, IFC testing, SOX compliance, and risk assessments.
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and exceptions.
Interact with client teams for information gathering and issue resolution.
Assist seniors/managers in project execution and reporting.
Desired Skills
Strong understanding of Accounting, Auditing, and Financial Reporting.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Willingness to travel for client assignments, if required.
Preferred Profile
CA Inter/IPCC cleared.
Prior internship/articleship exposure in Audit, Risk, or Consulting will be an advantage.
Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn in a professional consulting environment.
