Chartered Accountant

to join our Corporate Finance team in Bengaluru.
Position

Chartered Accountant (CA) – Finance & Accounts
Job Summary We are seeking a

qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience

in finance, accounting, taxation, audit and statutory compliance.
The ideal candidate should have strong financial and analytical capabilities, hands-on experience in financial reporting and MIS, and the ability to ensure effective financial controls across corporate and branch operations.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee day-to-day

accounting and financial operations .
Prepare, review and analyse

MIS, financial statements and management reports .
Ensure timely and accurate

GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances .
Monitor

branch accounting, reconciliations and financial controls .
Review bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliations and other financial records.
Coordinate with

statutory auditors, internal auditors, banks, consultants and internal departments .
Support and coordinate statutory and internal audit activities.
Ensure accuracy, completeness and integrity of financial records and supporting documentation.
Assist management in

budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and variance analysis .




Strengthen accounting processes, internal controls and compliance systems.
Identify financial discrepancies and ensure timely corrective action.
Ensure proper maintenance of books, records and documentation in accordance with applicable statutory requirements and company policies.
Provide financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making.
Guide and coordinate with branch and corporate accounts teams for timely completion of financial activities.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) .
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience after obtaining CA qualification.
Strong experience in

Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Audit and Statutory Compliance .
Strong working knowledge of

GST, TDS and Income Tax .
Experience in

MIS preparation, financial reporting and reconciliation .
Advanced working knowledge of

MS Excel .
Experience with accounting and/or ERP software.
Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in

retail, financial services, BFSI, NBFC, jewellery, multi-branch operations or other transaction-intensive businesses

would be an advantage.
Experience in managing or monitoring the accounting and financial controls of a

multi-branch organization

will be preferred.

This is a

full-time, on-site position

at the HNS Gold Corporate Office.
