We are looking for a seasoned

Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant – SCM

to lead functional support, issue resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvement in a global AMS environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 functional support for

Dynamics 365 SCM / AX 2012 .
Manage incidents, service requests, changes, enhancements, and RCA.
Support end-to-end

Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Warehousing, and Production

processes.
Lead requirement gathering, impact analysis, functional design, SIT/UAT, and deployments.
Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and Microsoft support.
Drive process optimization and recommend D365-based improvements.
Ensure adherence to

ITIL, SLA, incident, problem, and change management

processes.
Maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.




Mentor support teams and contribute to knowledge management and best practices.

Key Requirements
15+ years of experience

in Dynamics AX/Dynamics 365, with solid expertise in

D365 SCM .
Extensive experience across

Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Warehousing, and Production .
Mandatory experience in

AMS / Managed Application Support

environments.
Strong understanding of

D365 architecture, LCS, DEV/UAT/PROD, workflows, and data management .
Experience with ITIL processes and tools such as

ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or Azure DevOps .
Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Experience working in

global onsite-offshore support models .
