About the Role:
We are looking for talented and experienced

Architects

to join our Gurugram team and work on

commercial Base Build Architectural Projects . The role requires a solid combination of design capability, technical knowledge, drawing coordination and project execution skills.
The ideal candidate should have experience working on

mid to large-scale commercial architecture projects

with a reputed architectural/design practice and be comfortable taking projects through various stages of design development and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop architectural concepts and translate design intent into detailed design solutions.
· Prepare, develop and coordinate architectural drawings at all stages of the project.
· Lead/assist in the preparation and coordination of

GFC drawings and construction documentation .
· Ensure drawings are accurate, detailed and issued in accordance with project requirements and timelines.
· Coordinate with

Structural, MEP and other specialist consultants

to ensure integrated design solutions.
· Participate in client meetings, design presentations and project discussions.
· Effectively communicate design proposals,



technical solutions and project updates to clients and consultants.

Candidate Profile:
·

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)

from a reputed/premier institution.
· 3–6 years

of relevant experience in

commercial Base Build Architectural projects

is essential.
· Good knowledge of applicable

building codes, development controls and local bye-laws .
· Strong ability to interpret and coordinate architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in client and consultant interactions.

Software Skills:
Strong hands-on proficiency in relevant architectural software is essential, including:
· AutoCAD/SketchUp/presentation tools
· MS Office and other documentation tools
Knowledge of

Revit

will be an added advantage.
