Key Responsibilities
● Handle leads and convert them into full-home interior projects.
● Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences.
● Conduct customer meetings and present suitable solutions.
● Follow up with prospective customers and close sales.
● Coordinate with Design and Project teams for smooth handover.
● Maintain CRM updates and sales records.
● Achieve monthly sales targets.
● Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals.

Qualification:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, Interior Design, or a related field.

Experience Level
● Freshers: Strong communication skills, sales aptitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
● 1–2 Years: Sales/customer-facing experience preferred.
● 3–5 Years: Candidates with experience in interior/home improvement sales and customer conversion will be preferred.

Positions Available
● Sales Executive: Fresher–2 Years
● Sales Manager: 3–5 Years
