What You'll Do
Draft Visual-First Scripts:

Write punchy, engaging scripts for deep dives, daily tech updates, and business analysis videos.
Translate Complex Concepts:

Turn technical concepts around AI, software, deep tech, and market shifts into accessible, high-retention stories.
Collaborate Across Teams:

Work closely with video editors, motion graphics artists, and hosts to structure visual cues, graphics prompts, and pacing inside the script.
Optimize for Digital Video:

Design compelling hooks, transparent narrative structures,



and high-retention beats tailored specifically for YouTube and digital platforms.
Maintain Editorial Rigor:

Conduct quick, thorough research to ensure fast turnaround times without sacrificing factual accuracy or depth.
What We're Looking For
Experience:

3+ years of experience in tech journalism, business news, editorial writing, or video scriptwriting.
Video Mindset:

Proven ability to write for the ear and the eye, seamlessly integrating visual prompts, b-roll cues, and graphic callouts into your drafts.
Domain Awareness:

Deep curiosity and baseline understanding of artificial intelligence, emerging technology, startups, and corporate business news.
Platform Knowledge:

Strong understanding of modern YouTube storytelling, content structure, and digital audience retention strategies.
Editorial Standards:

Sharp writing skills, strong creative judgment, and the ability to work effectively under daily newsroom deadlines.
