Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify B2B leads through

cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, databases, and other prospecting channels .
Identify organizations with requirements for

SAP/ERP implementation, support, migration, staffing, and consulting services .
Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns targeting

CXOs, IT Heads, HR Heads, SAP Managers, Procurement teams, and other decision-makers .
Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders and potential business opportunities.
Understand client requirements and qualify opportunities based on

budget, timeline, technology, business need, and decision-making process .
Schedule discovery calls, meetings, and service discussions with prospective clients.
Work closely with

Sales, Presales, SAP Consulting, Recruitment, and Delivery teams

to convert qualified opportunities into business.
Maintain accurate lead, prospect, and opportunity information in

CRM/ATS systems .
Manage regular follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Prepare basic proposals, presentations, capability documents, and commercial discussions in coordination with the sales team.
Track prospect engagement and continuously improve lead-generation strategies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly

lead-generation, meeting, pipeline, and revenue targets .
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Must-Have Skills & Experience
2–6 years of experience

in Inside Sales, B2B IT Sales, ERP Sales, SAP Sales, SaaS Sales, IT Consulting, or Technology Staffing.
Good understanding of

enterprise technology and IT services .
Basic understanding of

SAP/ERP solutions .
Strong experience in





cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up .
Hands-on experience with

LinkedIn, email outreach, databases, and prospecting tools .
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to engage with

CXO, IT, HR, SAP, Procurement, and business stakeholders .
Strong pipeline management and target-oriented approach.
Comfortable working in a

high-performance, target-driven environment .
Willingness to work

full time from the Noida office .

SAP / ERP Knowledge
The candidate

does not need to be an SAP consultant . However, a basic understanding of SAP and enterprise solutions is required.
Exposure to any of the following will be an advantage:

SAP Analytics
SAP Implementation & Support

ERP Implementation & Support
Candidates who have previously sold

SAP services, ERP solutions, IT consulting services, managed services, or technology staffing solutions

will be preferred.

Strong outbound prospecting and lead-generation experience.
Experience selling to

mid-market or enterprise organizations .
Good professional presence and networking ability on

LinkedIn .
Strong cold-calling and email outreach capabilities.
Experience working with

international, APAC, EMEA, or North American clients

will be an advantage.
Strong business communication and relationship-building skills.
A target-driven and self-motivated approach.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with Sales, Presales, Consulting, Recruitment, and Delivery teams.
Willingness to work

onsite from our Noida office .
