Job description

Handle daily office cleaning and maintain cleanliness of workspaces, cabins, pantry, and reception area.

Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff, visitors, and guests.

Carry files, documents, and parcels within the office and to external locations when required.

Assist in photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing documents.

Support office staff in day-to-day administrative activities.

Purchase office supplies, stationery, and pantry items as instructed.

Deposit cheques, collect documents, and handle bank-related or courier-related tasks.

Open and close the office premises on time and ensure proper maintenance.

Help in arranging meeting rooms and office events.

Monitor and report maintenance issues such as electrical, plumbing, or housekeeping needs.





Assist in loading/unloading office materials and inventory handling.

Ensure proper delivery and collection of letters, courier, and official documents.

Maintain discipline, punctuality, and follow office instructions.

Qualification

- Minimum 8th / 10th Pass
- Prior experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
