Sr. Business Development Executive (Bidding)

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Online Bidder with 2–5 years of experience in IT service bidding. The ideal candidate must be excellent at working on major bidding platforms and generating business from USA, Australia, Europe & UK markets.

Responsibilities

- Bid professionally on Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, Fiverr, Guru etc.

- Build & optimize company profiles on bidding portals

- Prepare clear, compelling & customized proposals

- Connect directly with decision-makers & convert leads into projects

- Use LinkedIn & social media for lead generation & networking

- Manage full sales lifecycle — bidding, negotiation, closing

- Maintain bidding reports, lead conversions & weekly updates

- Work in USA, Australia, Europe, UK & NZ time zones

Core Requirements

- - 2–5 years strong bidding experience

- - Excellent communication skills

- - Strong understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, CRM/ERP)

- - Experience generating business from international markets

- - Positive knowledge of staff augmentation model

- - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or Marketing
