Job Description – Purchase Manager - SCM

1. Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple product categories, domestic regions and international markets.

2. Identify, evaluate, negotiate with and onboard vendors based on quality, capacity, compliance, pricing, lead time and reliability.

3. Establish supply-chain readiness for new product categories by assessing sourcing feasibility, MOQs, risks, logistics and warehousing requirements.

4. Manage the complete order-fulfilment cycle from order receipt and processing through dispatch, delivery, returns and final customer confirmation.

5. Define and monitor supply-chain KPIs such as fill rate, on-time delivery, turnaround time, lead time, supply cost and return rate.

6. Lead,



mentor and manage the supply-chain team by setting targets, reviewing performance, developing capabilities and ensuring accountability.

7. Conduct structured vendor performance reviews, resolve commercial and operational disputes, and build reliable long-term vendor partnerships.

8. Prepare management dashboards, identify supply risks and process gaps, implement improvements and handle critical escalations with ownership and urgency.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
