Site Engineers Immediate Hiring

We develop A-grade Warehousing Parks across India and we are looking for

experienced result-oriented Senior Site Engineers to join our Project Execution

team. Each selected candidate will be responsible for a large site and will

manage multiple contractors to deliver a high-quality project on-time. This is a high-responsibility role suited for professionals with strong technical knowledge

and in office leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Getting project completed on schedule

• Monitor day-to-day site activities across Civil, PEB and MEP works.

• Conduct inspections, verify measurements, check workmanship. Ensure all works are as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project quality standards.

• Prepare daily,



weekly & monthly progress reports.

• Keep track of actual progress vs schedule and get contractor to take corrective measures if schedule is slipping

• Monitor Contractors’ resource & materials planning – ensure availability of required labour teams, raw materials & equipment

• Coordinate with consultant and get contractors queries resolved.

• Compliance with safety protocols and statutory regulations.

• Getting project completed on schedule (Yes, we are repeating this).

Skills & Qualifications:

• BE / B. Tech (Civil Engineering)

• 5–10 years of experience working on large industrial and warehousing projects.

• Primary experience should be working at sites for a civil contractor. Some experience working for a PMC is desirable but not essential.

• Experience supervising MEP works is an advantage

• Strong understanding of construction methodology

• Obsession with quality and schedules.

• Excellent planning and problem-solving skills.
