Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve regional targets through effective distribution channels.

Job Requirements :
- 1-12 years of experience in FMCG industry with expertise in channel management or similar role.
- Robust understanding of distribution networks, including dealer development and relationship building.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective strategy execution.
