Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Senior US IT Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for complex and niche technical requirements. You will own the full recruitment lifecyclefrom advanced sourcing and deep technical screening to offer negotiation—ensuring a high submission-to-interview ratio and delivering top-tier talent to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Full-Lifecycle Recruitment & AI Specialization: Independently manage niche and complex IT and Artificial Intelligence requirements (e.g., Enterprise Architects, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists, AI Researchers, LLM Engineers, and MLOps Engineers) from initial intake to final offer acceptance. Partner directly with hiring managers to define custom talent profiles, sourcing strategies, and market intelligence.
- Advanced & AI-Targeted Sourcing: Design and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies using advanced Boolean strings, x-ray searches, talent mapping, and AI-powered sourcing tools. Proactively source and engage passive, high-caliber talent across traditional tech platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster) as well as specialized AI domains like GitHub, Kaggle, research communities, and industry networks.
- Rigorous Screening & Vetting: Conduct thorough technical and cultural screenings to evaluate candidates beyond simple keyword matching, ensuring a deep assessment of technical expertise, complex project experience, and alignment with strict hiring requirements.
- Compliance & Tax Terms:



Accurately verify US work authorizations (USC, GC, H-1B, EAD, etc.) and handle complex tax-term negotiations (W-2, C2C, 1099).
- Pipeline Cultivation & Ecosystem Building: Build and maintain strong, active talent pipelines for emerging technologies. Develop long-term strategic relationships with universities, research labs, AI communities, and professional organizations to strengthen networks, while supporting employer branding initiatives aimed at attracting top AI/ML professionals.
- Metrics, Tracking & Market Intelligence: Meet individual performance KPIs (e.g., submittal quality, Turnaround Time (TAT), and placement targets). Track sourcing metrics and pipeline health while providing regular market trend reports to management regarding the rapidly evolving AI and emerging technology landscape.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 5–8 years of proven experience in US IT Recruitment, with a track record of successfully filling high-level technical roles.
- Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the US staffing industry, US geography, time zones, and the nuances of various visa layers.
- Technical Savvy: Ability to "speak tech" and effectively grasp complex infrastructure, development, and data concepts to interview candidates accurately.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with robust negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Efficiency: Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple urgent requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Hands-on experience using popular ATS tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, PCRecruiter, or Ceipal).
- An existing, active network or database of IT professionals in the US market.
