Key Responsibilities:

Receive and review transaction and brokerage data received from AMCs.

- Maintain all the details related to Sub broker network (Payouts and related MIS)

- Verify brokerage calculations, transactions, commissions, and other relevant data.

- Reconcile AMC data with internal records and identify discrepancies.

- Investigate and resolve mismatches related to transactions, brokerage, client details, etc.

- Coordinate with AMCs, distributors, and internal teams for data clarification and issue resolution.

- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of brokerage related data.

- Prepare MIS and regular reports related to transactions and brokerage.

- Ensure data accuracy and adherence to internal processes and timelines.

- Support month end/periodic brokerage reconciliation and closure activities.





- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6 10 years of experience in Wealth Management / Broking / Mutual Funds / Financial Operations.

- Good understanding of mutual fund transactions and brokerage/commission processes.

- Working Experience on INVESTWELL software.

- Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).

- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work with large volumes of financial data.
