About the Role

We are looking for an experienced **Marketplace & Quick Commerce Account Manager** who can independently manage multiple client accounts across leading marketplaces and quick commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in account management, product listings, catalogue management, advertising coordination, promotions, inventory planning, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa, Blinkit, and Zepto.
- Create, optimise, and manage product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and images.
- Handle catalogue creation, product uploads, variations, and attribute updates.
- Coordinate with clients regarding product launches, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
- Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, deals, offers, and seasonal sales.
- Monitor account health and resolve listing, policy, and operational issues.
- Work closely with advertising teams to improve sales performance through marketplace ads.
- Analyse sales reports, traffic, conversion rates, and marketplace performance.
- Ensure timely stock updates and coordinate with clients to avoid out-of-stock situations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.




- Stay updated with marketplace and quick commerce policies, trends, and recent features.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in Marketplace or E-commerce Account Management.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa, Blinkit, and Zepto.
- Experience in catalogue management, listing optimisation, promotions, and inventory management.
- Understanding of marketplace advertising and sales growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Good analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency or E-commerce Agency.
- Knowledge of Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and marketplace performance optimisation.
- Basic understanding of product photography and content optimisation.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and improve marketplace performance.
