- Minimum 6 months experience in tele-collections / tele-sales / customer service (collections preferred)
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable with dialer / CRM systems and target-driven work
- DRA certification preferred; mandatory for most processes listed below (see process table)
- Willingness to work from Delhi office (full time)
1) ARC — Write-off experience — DRA: Either / Optional
OR
2) SCB — Write-off experience — DRA: Required
OR
3) DBS — Write-off experience — DRA: Required
OR
4) AXP — Write-off experience — DRA: Required
OR
5) AXP — Bucket experience — DRA: Required
Preferred
- Prior write-off and/or bucket collections experience with banks / NBFCs
- Proven track record of meeting collections / sales / service benchmarks
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
