Key Responsibilities
- Review engineering delay reports and understand technical findings.
- Review Contracts and related documentation.
- Analyse delay events from an engineering and contractual perspective.
- Assist the commercial team in interpreting technical issues for financial quantification.
- Map delay events with relevant contractual provisions.
- Support preparation of prolongation cost computations.
- Participate in meetings with client project teams.
- Visit project sites, wherever required.
- Assist in preparation of commercial claim documentation.
- Work closely with Chartered Accountants and Commercial Advisory professionals.
Desired Experience
- Degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
- NICMAR qualification (PGP / PGDM / Master's in Construction Management, Contracts Management or Project Management) preferred.
- 1530 years of experience in infrastructure / EPC projects.
- Experience in Power Transmission, Power Distribution, Smart Metering,
Substations, Transmission Lines or similar infrastructure projects.
- Hands-on exposure to:
- EPC Contracts
- Contract Administration
- Delay Analysis
- Extension of Time (EOT)
- Prolongation Claims
- Project Planning
- Project Controls
- Claims Management.
