- Experience: Minimum 4+ years in Sales/BD of cosmetics and personal care, specialized raw ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive personal care ingredient sales across the North India region.
- Identify current market opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and deliver within a set time and cost.
- Collaborate with the R&D; team to meet customer-specific technical requirements.
- Provide technical support and manage sales reporting (YTD, pipeline, and feedback).
