- M.Ed / Equivalent degree with hands - on experience in schools - in classroom teaching, management, and leadership roles.
- Previous experience as a Head of School for minimum 5 years
- Experience with building, expanding, and/or relocating a school.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all audiences.
