Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure using Cisco technologies.
- Provide technical support to end-users on networking issues and troubleshoot problems efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as firmware upgrades, configuration changes, and performance monitoring.
Job Requirements :
- 5-7 years of experience in Network Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of routing protocols (e.g., OSPF) and switching technologies (e.g., VLANs).
- Proficiency in configuring Cisco devices (routers, switches) for optimal performance.
- Experience working in an IT services setting providing technical support to customers.
