Marks & Spencer is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executives/Retail Sales Executives for its apparel stores. We are looking for candidates with prior experience in apparel retail who are passionate about fashion, customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th Pass
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Apparel Retail Sales/Counter Sales
- Experience in apparel/fashion retail is mandatory
- Good communication and customer interaction skills
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide an excellent shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable apparel and accessories.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle counter sales and assist with billing/POS operations.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.
- Ensure timely stock replenishment and assist in inventory management.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and build long-term customer relationships.
- Follow store SOPs and deliver high standards of customer service.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail workplace
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS is an added advantage
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: 3 LPA
- In-Hand Salary: 20,800 per month
